Your body is a machine. And, like all machines, it needs the right fuel to run well — especially if you are active. When you are not eating the way, you should then your body will not run right. Especially if you are trying to lose weight, become healthier, etc.

God knows that health has an influence on our spiritual progress. Our heavenly Father wants us to be happy and radiant with health.

Just like God wants us to be healthy with our bodies so we can glorify him, he wants, and we must eat the word as well so our spiritual life can be strong and healthy as well.
