Many people have that never-ending battle with wanting to eat healthy and going to the gym. Many times, it is a battle we end up losing. The temptation surrounds us from fast food restaurants to Instagram foodies to Facebook how to deserts.
Not to mention having to go to work, classes, dealing with family, and/or absolutely no motivation when you aren't seeing immediate results. It can be a discouraging process, but you must have the will power to keep up with it.
I am going to discuss 10 ways to sustain those goals of losing weight and becoming healthy. I will also discuss how to look at it from God's perspective and apply those principles/perspectives to your daily journey.
